We just returned from a trip to Costa Rica. Traveling is one thing that I just can not live without. And every time I do travel, I try really hard to stay active and workout while I am away. One of the very cool things we did was hike up to the
Arenal Volcano. Although this was not a super hard workout it still kept us moving for at least a couple of hours and this is something that my girls will never forget. It was very, very beautiful.
