Woke up and ate cottage cheese with tons of cinnamon and had a Emergen-C packet. Never can have enough Vitamin C.
In order to stay hydrated today I drink TONS of water on my rest day before any long run. Finished this bad boy before I even got ready for the day
I had a day of running around so I always pack some snacks. This is what I chose today. Water, dark chocolates, protein bar, almonds and some animal crackers.
Lunch was super good. I was just going to have an egg with some toast since that is what I was making for George. But my mom had some greens so I put my egg on top of them with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. It was super good. No dressing even needed
I broke into these about 2pm.... and yes I drive the Swagger Wagon and I love it.
My husband is across the pond all week so we just do things when we feel like it. The kids were super hungry after school so instead of a snack we headed over to smash burger. It was good. I needed something like that before my run.
My girls had dance so after I picked one and dropped one off we headed over to the park to let the kids burn some energy. And since Jen can do a pull-up I thought I would give one a try. They are hard. And I was getting some weird looks by all the kids that were trying to cross the monkeys bars.
In order to keep my legs resting for my run but wanted to get my kids super tired so they would go to bed nice and early when we got done at the park they hopped in the pool.
Before bed snack some frozen yogurt with bananas, granola and a few mini chocolate chips.
