Revised Plan

 This is my makeshift workout area where I do the Tracy Anderson Method.

Training has begun and so I have noticed a few kinks that needed to be worked out in the plan.  So over the weekend I revised the plan and have a new one up! 

Sunday will always be a rest day with the Long Slow Distances (LSD) falling on Saturdays.  I threw a day of speed work in there on Tuesdays just to help us improve each week!
